Our EFFORTS

T.A.F was founded in 2024 by Earnesia Nobles-McNeil. After losing her younger brother Devon Nobles to gun violence in 2023, she decided not to just want a difference in the community, but to be a difference in it. August 10, 2024 the foundation held its first community event where they had small business , upcoming local artist, and fashion designers showcase their talents and products. Shortly after in December 2024 they had the T.A.F 1st Annual Toy Giveaway, where they gave away toys for Christmas to families in the Tampa Bay area. Seeing a need for guidance and nonprofit work in underserved areas, we formed our organization to provide pure positivity and a sense of hope for our youth. We've consistently shown our presence in the community and will continue to do so with the support of everyone! This non profit was inspired and is dedicated to Devon R. Nobles who loss his life to gun violence at the age of 24. As an organization we want to influence as many youth as possible in a positive light. Their newest endeavor is the T.A.F Building Project and would love the support of everyone on this new journey.
